The Presentation Centre is one of, if not the most important part of your marketing package. Not only is it where potential purchasers gather information about the product you are selling, but it's also where you display your workmanship and execute branding messages. If a potential purchaser doesn't feel comfortable in the Presentation Centre, they won't feel comfortable buying from you.
Conversion of Existing Space
We worked with our interior designer to transform the former Ontario Table and Chair Co. into a cutting-edge presentation centre to reflect the upscale lifestyle to be expected at 144 Park Condominiums. Through space planning and refinishing we created a contemporary sales environment to enhance the essence of this project. Likewise, we converted an existing residential unit into a contemporary sales office as shown here for Nuvo Condos in London. |

Model Home Garage
We provided Forest Park Homes with our recommendation for a space plan layout to convert the garage of their model home into a presentation centre which utilized an effective footprint layout. |  |
