Orchard was once again happy to work alongside Ironstone who is an innovator in the London area. Ironstone’s values are in-line with our own and believe in the power of great architecture to uplift a community. Our target market was mainly focused on first time buyers, therefore the brand and product needed to have instant appeal with Millennials aspiring to own something unique. Our architectural designers and marketing staff worked together to develop a cohesive brand based off inspiration drawn from contemporary sea-side architecture from the coasts of California.
An original and inspiring product line-up comprised of sleek, modern elevations paired with a comprehensive print and online marketing campaign under the site brand CALI. The site was a great success for the target demographic. We effectively leveraged traffic leading to subsequent sales.
