1. Junior/Intermediate Draftsperson (Cambridge Office)
Orchard Design Studio has an immediate position available for a junior to intermediate level draftsperson. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating working drawings for single family, and multi-family (townhome) residential projects.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD LT 2010 or higher
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Experience and familiarity with Revit would be an asset
Required Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while handling many projects simultaneously
• Understanding of building code and principles
• Excellent organization skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage time effectively
• Excel in a deadline driven environment
• Excellent command of the English language

2. Graphic Designer/Content Creator (Cambridge Office)
As part of the creative team, you will work closely with Senior Designers and Account Managers to developed effective communication pieces. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker, enthusiastic and eager to accept new challenges. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create the content that you are designing around. Sometimes you're given a lot to work with... and sometimes you need to be creative and make a mountain out of a mole-hill. Attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a high pressure environment are a must.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite 4 or higher, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Must be familiar with pre-press and preparing files for print production

3. Drupal Developer: Freelance Contract
Required Skills:
• Expertise in Drupal modules and features, installation, configuration, theming and deploying of websites to a LAMP server environment is a must.
• Experienced with MySQL, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS and web standards, usability and browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) would be considered a plus, but not a requirement.
Responsibilities
• Program fully functional websites (creative layouts will be provided)
• Quality assurance and browser testing
• Troubleshoot web-related issues
• Perform functionality enhancements and maintenance tasks on our existing websites such as module, security and version updates.
Should be a motivated, focused team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working within time sensitive deadlines.
